We help retaining your highly skilled candidates
We reach out to your international candidate's spouse and family and provide customised help for the family:
Our experience is that especially the spouses are in need of external coaching and guidance into the many practical and personal conditions both before and after having settled into a new house, school and maybe daycare for the kids.
For each family we dedicate 5 hours a week for 3, 6 or 12 months, to support building the new language, handling worries, job search, the wellbeing of the children, leisure and networking for the parents, possible participation in volunteer organisations as well as practical help in overcoming the cultural barriers the family meets.
Each service is tailored towards the individual family, and we always engage in dialogue with the family about how they experience the challenges of the new culture and how these challenges can be effectively handled.
