We offer support to your international candidate's spouse and family and provide customised help for the family:
Our experience is that it is especially the spouses that are in need of external coaching and guidance - dealing with the many practical and personal conditions both before and after having settled into a new country, house, school and maybe daycare for the kids.
For each family we dedicate 5 hours a week for 3, 6 or 12 months, to provide support in building their new lives. For example in learning a new language, handling worries, job searching, the wellbeing of the children, leisure and networking for the parents, possible participation in volunteer organisations, practical help in overcoming the cultural barriers and challenges the family meets.
Each service is tailored towards the individual family, and we always engage in dialogue with the family about how they experience the challenges of the new culture and how these challenges can be effectively handled.

Fatima has over 20 years of experience in helping foreign adults and children improving their life quality, handling worries, cross-cultural translation, career counselling and job coaching. She is educated as a teacher and certified as coach and Danish teacher. Fatima has a passion for making the life in Denmark better for expat families.
JESPER CHRISTENSEN

Jesper has a master of social sciences and specialises in business development and value-based leadership. He is certified in the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and has worked developing the growth potential and challenges of small and midsize companies.
